Tool to help forwarding bugs to Debian

I've written a python script[1] to facilitate forwarding bugs from
Launchpad to the Debian bug tracking system.

The script uses launchpadlib to gather some information about the
existing Ubuntu bug report and then uses reportbug, which is part of the
reportbug package, to create a properly formatted email for sending to
the Debian bug tracker.

Keep in mind that not every Ubuntu bug report should be forwarded to
Debian so use this script judiciously.  And of course don't forget to
link those forwarded bugs!
