The basic guide for how to get involved is it

read already.

Probably the best way to get started would be finding a mentor. See the
instructions at <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BugSquad/Mentors> for how to do
that.

If you'd rather just dive in instead of having a mentor, just make sure
you have read the How To Triage guide[1] and you can start triaging
bugs. Of course, you'll need to pick a set of bugs to work on. Two
suggestions I would have are bugs without a package[2] or hug days[3].

For any questions while doing triaging, just ask in the #ubuntu-bugs
channel.
