To file a bug in Ubuntu against any package, just run:
ubuntu-bug <packagename>
So like:
ubuntu-bug gnome-bluetooth
Do you still have the .crash from this in your /var/crash/ directory?
If so, Launchpad can automatically perform a retrace with debug
symbols on it.
