please set importance alarm-clock-applet

confirming and setting importance is one thing but the real part is to
send the bug to the developers writing the software. there are many bugs
in launchpad that you can confirmed but they need to be sent upstream.

in this case the project alarm-clock is hosted in launchpad we just have
to click on 'also affects project' and its upstreamed. 
afaik we actually close bugs reported by linux mint users as invalid but
in this case its a wishlist so i guess we can keep the ubuntu bug as
well.
