Actually, he was correct, this list is for learning how to triage bugs,
not a support list.  He could have been a little clearer on the other
venues (IRC is vague), but support requests should be redirected to the
appropriate places (#ubuntu or #ubuntu+1 on freenode,
answers.launchpad.net or askubuntu.com)
