Hello,

It is true that in a global community it is very hard to pick times
that are fine with everyone. Rotating them seems like the best idea,
but I wouldn't use too many different times.

What I'd suggest is to pick two times and strive to cover as much of
the world as possible with those two times and alternate them every
week.
