adopting rdiff-backup

Just wanted to mention that I've adopted the package rdiff-backup, in
regards to bug triage. Actually I've been paying attention to the
package, on and off, for a while now.

The two rdiff-backup bug report still being marked as "New" are reports
I'm not sure how to proceed with. Feel free to chip in.
