package for keyboard bugs?

Hi all,

I'd like to update FindRightPackage to include information for keyboard
issues (layouts, etc.).

Is the proper package for this console-setup or xkeyboard-config? Or
something else? My guess would be c-s if it also affects virtual terms,
but I'd like some confirmation on that.
