You can do this by going to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FindPage and going 
to to the box that says "Or you can go directly to a page, or create a 
new page by entering its name here:" Then you can type in 
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/[add name here] and add your name, or whatever 
you want your page to be called, usually your name is easiest.
