Proposed Wiki Style

Draycen, I think the page looks great, but I would still like to voice
the other opinion. To me, it is more valuable to have a wiki page that
is easy to edit than one that has a better look.  For "portal like"
pages like https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BugSquad have great look at the
expense of more workload is fine, but regular pages I don't think it
is worth it.

Just my opinion. Happy to see this change happen if the majority
thinks otherwise.
