Better Apport Crashes

Hello!
1. if i understand correct then installing all -dbg and -dbgsym
packages for packages i have installed will be running on programm
start. yes no? what does gdb and gdbsym and what other are there? are
they slowing comp? are they writing all the time so some folder gdb`s?
2. how with one command install all needed packages that does that?
one aptitude command. example sudo aptitude install (check all
installed programms) + to name -gdb
penguin42 gave command for listing all dpkg -l | awk -F' ' '/^ii/
{print $2"-dbgsym"}' mabe that gives some idea.
3. next time when i install some programms what command will install
noninstalled theese gdb tpye packages witch help get better crash
report? example sudo aptitude install (check all installed programms
add -gdb) - (all installed -gdb)
