Bug Squad Membership Renewals

I realize that there are quite a few renewal requests coming to the
mailing list at this point in time and that it is causing some amount of
noise.  There was some concern about this happening again next year,
when people's memberships will expire but this won't happen.  My plan is
change the team policy so that people can renew their own memberships at
the end of March.  So the e-mails from people requesting renewal will be
a one time thing.

On a personal note I'm finding it interesting to learn about all these
members of our team!
