Upgrade bugs triaging

Hello,

We asked some developers to upgrade their systems to Lucid and report
their issues.

They tagged the issues as "lucid-upgrade-testing", so they can be easily
found [1]

They need a lot of triaging, though, so I am asking for help to the
Bugsquad to triage those bugs.

Tasks that can be done:

 * Assign bug to packages
 * Ask for information on New bugs if necessary
 * Confirm/Triage
 * Add the "karmic2lucid" or "hardy2lucid" tag accordingly
