karmic 9.10 Alpha 6 - grub issue

Not sure if you got a response to this already. I didn't see anything
on the list.
Take a look at /boot/grub/grubenv . If this file is missing or
corrupt, try "sudo grub-editenv /boot/grub/grubenv create"
