"Also notified" field in a bug report

Subscribers are divided into two distinct sections - direct and
indirect.  When you see the Subscribers label that is people directly
subscribed to that particular bug report.  The Also Notified section
covers people subscribed to the package's bug reports or possibly the
whole distributions bug report.  There is also a From Duplicates
section which is people who are subscribed to duplicate bug reports.
