bug #396883 in totem

The LP bugreport says that it's totem-gstreamer, but in the gnome 
report, Bastien Nocera says:

"The xine-lib backend was removed from Totem master. Please test whether 
the problem(s) you were encountering still occur with the GStreamer 
backend (in which case you should file a new bug)."

So, I'd say this warrants a new upstream report.
