Is it possible to subscribe to tags? In that case you could make it an
extra, small task you can help the Bug Squad with. Translators and
triagers could then subscribe to the tags of the languages they speak
and are willing to translate bug descriptions from.
If not, I think we should just use IRC and personal memory of
languages other triagers can speak. We don't receive non-English bug
reports that often, so it is not our greatest problem.

Although Google Translate can be useful if you just want to know
what's being said, I wouldn't advice to use it when communicating.
Instead we should encourage people who speak the language reasonably
well to handle these kinds of bugs.
