Gday all,

If the individual doesnt want to package software and would prefer to
provide bug reports thats his decision.

I don't see where it is written in the process that there is supposed
to be an arbitary limit to the number of packaging requests a person
can make.

We need to focus less on trying to blame the individual and focus more
on what the process gaps are. There needs to be clear explanations of
what the process is and in cases where the process is not optimal,
process improvement needs to be initiated.
