No. You subscribe them. And that's not for SRUs. See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates.

Why? That's a task for the development release - there's no task for
Hardy, hence "Nominated for Hardy". No release manager has said that it
should be milestoned for 8.04.2, so no, no part of the bug should be
milestoned to ubuntu-8.04.2
