No, the milestone is correctly set for ubuntu-8.10.  Every bug report is
considered to apply to the release of Ubuntu that is currently under
development - which is 8.10 at the moment.  In the event that the Hardy
nomination was approved then you would see a "Hardy" task for the bug
report.
