Apport Bugs

I've got the feeling that bug reports reported by apport from .crash
files are very often 'forgotten'. I think this is because of the private
flag and an awful lot of information which could frighten the triager.
But that's an enormous waste, since those reports are very complete and
still are bugs. What I suggest is that a special section will be created
in the guide which explains when an apport report is complete and what
to do with them(and the private flag). Because I also often am not sure
what to do with the reports.

Any thoughts on this? Do you experience the same?
