Update Bugsquad membership in launchpad

After much searching of documentation, I finally found a statement in
the wiki that says I need to update my membership in ubuntu-bugsqad
yearly. Since the expires date is blank, how do I update that?

I am currently working to triage bugs for Xubuntu. My launchpad login
is https://launchpad.net/~charlie-tca, I have been on the
ubuntu-bugsquad team since 2006-05-31.
