I seem to have replied to Nick privately that I thought the Ubiquity Hug
Day should wait until after Alpha 3 is released.

Have a Hug Day about apt sounds like a good idea to me.  I'd also like
to see a section for Confirmed bugs to so the Bug Control team can work
on moving those to Triaged.
