Narrowing down the CC list for Bug Days

Hi all,

Looking at the draft for Bug Day announcements [1], it appears that
there are quite a few mailing lists suggested.  I propose that we
narrow this list down a bit.  For example, nearly everybody subscribed
to -motu or -desktop, will also be subscribed to -devel-annouce, and
this is probably the same for kubuntu-devel.  It seems quite
unnecessary to be sending out to so many mailing lists.
