Week of the 21st Hug Day

The week of January 21st the Canonical QA team will be at the Developer
Sprint so we won't be able to participate as much in a Hug Day.  
However, I'd be happy to help arrange the Hug Day, perhaps focusing on 
bugs without a package, if there is interest in still having one.
