For one you have one bug listed twice:
daniel at bert:~/bzr/5-a-day-data$ wc -l afflux
29 afflux
daniel at bert:~/bzr/5-a-day-data$ sort -u afflux | wc -l
28
daniel at bert:~/bzr/5-a-day-data$
Also I filter out bugs that are no valid Ubuntu bugs
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs-text?field.status=New&field.status=Incomplete&field.status=Confirmed&field.status=Triaged&field.status=In+Progress&field.status=Fix+Committed&field.status=Fix+Released&field.status=Invalid&field.status=Won%27t+Fix).
I do this to filter out invalid random numbers (like bug 666666) or
invalid bugs (like bug 2).
