Upstream bug tracker guides

Hi,

I've started on a collection of pages that will explain how to use 
various upstream bug trackers to file or link to Ubuntu bugs. They 
should describe both how to use the upstream tracker but also say a bit 
about the culture and workflow of that upstream and how they prefer to 
interact with Ubuntu WRT to bugs.

There is only a sub-page for Gnome so far (and that is only 
half-complete). If you have experience with a particular upstream 
tracker, please help flesh out the details.
