New python-launchpad-bugs API

Hello everybody,

as a heads up, I wanted to let you know that Markus Korn's API changes
in python-launchpad-bugs will hit Gutsy (version 0.2) soon. Markus has
put a lot of effort in making the API more robust and straight-forward.
This was part of his SoC project.

This update will break everything using the old (<< 0.2) API. We will do
a bughelper upload soon and also prepare the apport upload. This will
address all packages in the archive that are using
python-launchpad-bugs.

Also http://daniel.holba.ch/bugs/ and http://daniel.holba.ch/sponsoring/
will be fixed and moved to people.ubuntu.com.
