Bug Contacts

Hello everybody,

somebody in ~bugsquad made the team a Bug Contact of beryl-settings.

Please don't do that. The BugSquad is not meant to triage bugs of
specific packages, but to be a lose group that tries to clean up Malone,
fix bugs and think of clever ways to organise the bug workflow.
