I disagree with this term. If something has been Triaged, that means it
has been evaluated for urgency and had resources assigned appropriately.
That doesn't seem to map well to the definition used here of "all the
information that is needed has been attached". It should simply mean
that it has been assigned the appropriate priority and to the
appropriate team.

I see no real difference between this and the proposed use of Triaged.
If a bug is confirmed to exist and has had all required information
attached to it so that a developer can now fix it, why wouldn't a
developer expect to work on it in the near future?
