bughelper and mail list

Can bughelper use another list for its discussion and bugs?

Every day i got i lot of emails in my inbox, with a subject which is not
of my interest - development of bughelper.

I know it is a very important tool for us, bugsquad team, but its
development is useful only for a few people.
