[Bug 81280] RFE: bughelper could -t(ry) bug clues

Public bug reported:

Imagine running
  bughelper -t totem "libxine.so" "This might be a xine bug, ask the reporter to try with xine-ui too."
which would run a search on totem just using that clue. If it successfully finds something, you could run:
  bugxml -a totem "libxine.so" "This might be a xine bug, ask the reporter to try with xine-ui too."
