Encourage users to get backtraces using apport

In that case you can ask the reporter to open /var/crash with nautilus and
double click the crash file. It will trigger apport to upload it to launchpad.
It will open a new report though. Not probably ideal, but it's not possible to
apport to attach a crash to an open bug yet. That's bug 124338 [1]
