Telepathy team

Hi everybody,

you might have heard of a funky, new and shiny technology called
telepathy [1]. Today I founded the team [2] to integrate telepathy's
efforts into Ubuntu.

We're going to 
      * integrate Upstream's efforts into Ubuntu [3]
      * work on bugs [4]
      * test Telepathy
      * cheerlead and make everybody happy with it.

We need a lot of hands on deck, especially trying to get the best bits
and pieces in before UniverseFreeze (Sep. 28).
