bughelper now knows -a

Hello everybody,

I spent a bit of time on hacking up bughelper to understand -a, which
will check ALL bugs of a given bug list URL, not just the 75 which are
there.

Please use the feature sparingly, because it will download all the bugs
and keep your computer and Launchpad busy. :-)

You find the code at ~dholbach/bughelper/bughelper.dev - Henrik: if
you're happy with it, can you merge it into
~bugsquad/bughelper/bughelper.main ?

I'll work next on looking into attachments.
