[Ubuntu-BR] acessar caixa economica federal

             Amigos de comunidade, estou com o kubuntu 13.10 não consigo 
mais acessar cef, pelo chromium sem chance, chrome nem pensar, konqueror 
viche... opera também não rolou, antes conseguia pelo firefox que sempre 
dava pau no certificado mas colocando na exceção rolava agora dá essa 
msg abaixo, já desinstalei o firefox pelo sudo apt-get remove, pelo sudo 
apt-get --purge remove, pelo gerenciador de softwares, pelo synaptics, 
apaguei pasta, na tentativa de reinstalar e ver se funfava mas nada, 
tenho o icedtea, em fim, não sei mais o que fazer... inclusive já dei 
até um sudo apt-get install icedetea. (ponto), aguardo. obrigado!!!

obs: banco do brasil vai na boa...
