Você vai ter que incluir linhas como essa:
${voffset 4}${fs_free /seupontodemontagem}/${fs_size /seupontodemontagem}
${alignr}${fs_bar 8,60 /seupontodemontagem}
Para cada ponto de montagem do seu computador.
Talvez a informação ficará sobre a outra, aí você terá que mexer no
alinhamento / posicionamento do texto.
