Thiago valeu a dica, mas ainda tentei e não deu certo o que posso ter feito de errado?

no init.d do roteador coloquei:
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -d ip 192.168.1.101 -p tcp --dport 2222 -j DNAT --to-destination 10.0.3.2
e
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -d ip 192.168.1.101 -p tcp --dport 2221 -j DNAT --to-destination 10.0.3.3

no /etc/ssh/sshd_config modifiquei a linha Port para as novas portas a serem escutadas
é por aí ?
