Régis,

Peguei o sources.list que você nos enviou e retirei todo o lixo dele
(levando em conta a sua informação de que está usando o 10.04 LTS Lucid
Lynx) e tentei bolar um passo a passo. Faça o seguinte:

1 - Abra uma janela do terminal.
2 - Digite o comando:
     sudo gedit /etc/sources.list
3 - Pressione as teclas Ctrl + A, para selecionar o texto todo.
4 - Pressione a tecla Del para apagar o texto todo.
5 - Copie o texto abaixo e cole no arquivo que você está editando.
6 - Salve e feche o Gedit
7 - Digite o comando:
    sudo apt-get update
8 - Digite o comando:
    sudo apt-get upgrade
9 - Retorne para nós o resultado.
