[Ubuntu-BR] Dell R210 e Ubuntu 10.04

Olá pessoal

Instalei o Ubuntu 10.04 Server Edition em um Dell R210 mas não consigo
iniciar o sistema depois de instalado.
Ele diz que não consegue achar o root device.
Já coloquei rootdelay=200 e não funcionou.
Até removi o grub-pc e instalei i grub versão antiga mas não resolveu.

Se alguém puder me ajudar agradeço.
