[Ubuntu-BR] Erro ao inicializar aplicativo no UBUNTU

Ubuntu 9.10 Server 32 Bit MySQL 5.1.37 Apache 2.2.12 

 

Todas as vezes que tento inicializar o servidor Zabbix o seguinte erro
aparece no arquivo /tmp/zabbix_server.log.

 

./zabbix_server [1471]: ERROR: Can't recreate Zabbix semaphores for IPC key
0x7a00fdb4 Semaphore ID 65537. Operation not permitted.

./zabbix_server [1478]: ERROR: Can't recreate Zabbix semaphores for IPC key
0x7a00fdb4 Semaphore ID 65537. Operation not permitted.

 

O que pode ser isto?
