[Ubuntu-BR] Erro de Pacote quebrado ao Instalar Firebird

Pessoal,
bom dia...
Estou tentando instalar o firebird no Ubunto Server 9.04 e estou encontrando
um certo problema, e ele sempre me retorna que tem pacote quebrado, ja me
ocorreu o mesmo problema, eu removi tal pacote e tudo deu certo. mas agora
tem algum outro detalhe que não consigo ver.
Já verifiquei, e não tem nada referente ao firebird instalado:

*# dpkg -l | grep firebird | wc -l
0*

Abaixo segue a mensagem completa

Como podem notar esse é o pacote que diz estar quebrado*"firebird2.1-common"
*mas ele é de uam versão diferente*.*

Estou baixando o .deb e instalar na mão, ,mas tem uma lib que nao estou
conseguindo encontrar "libicu40".
