[Ubuntu-BR] Jack Audio Server

Não sei bem se vai ajudar, mas você já colocou o kernel rt??

Já tive um problema semelhante, mas foi só instalar o kernel rt, ativar a opção "real time kernel" nas configurações do Jack e modificar o limits.conf que rolou.
