[Ubuntu-BR] como recuperar arquivos apagados com shift + del

Manos, vamos ao resultado das pesquisas "undelete ext3 tools":

Via linux, o único que encontrei para ext3 foi o giis, via terminal:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/giis/
Não consegui readmes ou helps, creio que os comandos podem ser vistos ao
chamar o programa pelo terminal. 

Neste site, são apresentados dois programas "pagos" e dois "free" via
windows, mas seria bom ler algo a respeito deles:
