Olá,

Se você for instalar em várias máquinas instale o apt-cacher na primeira, ou
em outra rodando alguma distro derivada da Debian, aponte o apt
(/etc/apt/sources.list, veja exemplo abaixo) para esta máquina antes de
baixar as atualizações, assim você vai ficar com um repositório local
contendo todas elas. Depois instale o Ubuntu nas outras e, antes de
atualizar, aponte também o apt delas para a máquina que estiver rodando o
apt-cacher.

Exemplo da minha configuração, ainda estou usando a 7.10 e "trash.mhp" é a
minha própria máquina, você terá de trocar pelo nome ou ip da sua máquina
com o apt-cacher:
