O que você quer? Criar um arquivo clicável que execute "ffmpeg -i
arquivo.flv arquivo.mpg"?

Creio que este comando já é fácil o suficiente para sua esposa fazer
sozinha. Se for o caso de evitar o terminal, você vai ter um trabalho que
nem é tão necessário.
