Deixe seu interfaces assim

# This file describes the network interfaces available on your system
# and how to activate them. For more information, see interfaces(5).

# The loopback network interface
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback
address 127.0.0.1
netmask 255.0.0.0

# The primary network interface
allow-hotplug eth1
iface eth1 inet static
address 192.168.0.2 <http://192.168.3.2/>
netmask 255.255.255.0
network 192.168.0.0
broadcast 192.168.0.255
gateway 192.168.0.1

Reinicie, /etc/init.d/networking restart

tente pingar o seguinte endereco, 64.233.161.103 (Google)
depois tente www.google.com, caso não funcione este, talvez você tenha que
configurar o dns no /etc/resolv.conf
