[Ubuntu-BR] erro dhcp3-server

Galeta to tendo este erro

ao tentar levantar o dhcp3-server. Da falha ao iniciar. Porem no log so me
aparece isso

Alguem pode me ajudar.
O dhcp.conf é o mesmo arquivo que tenho no funcionando no debian etch4
