Seu firewall não tá servindo de nada, apenas compartilhando o acesso a
internet, afinal INPUT e FORWARD tão tudo ACCEPT, OUTPUT também. Resumindo:
Não está bloqueando nada.

Vai aqui um script de firewall BASICÃO que faz proxy transparente para rede
local:

Espero que lhe seja útil. É só modificar as variáveis de informações de rede
e tá tudo certo ;-)
