Mais outra dica, depois de validar se ele ta' rodando usando o ps aux ou
/etc/init.d/apache2 status:

Olha o /etc/apache2/apache2.conf e checa se ta' tudo certinho... Se voce
tinha outro servidor ja' rodando no porta (ou e' porta???) 80, o apache se
tranca, e voce tem de destranca-lo reconfigurando um outro arquivo, que
infelizmente nao me lembro o nome agora... ;)
