Grande Marcelo!

Para upgrade via apt(on-line) faça o seguinte:

Abra o arquivo /etc/apt/sources.list com um editor de sua preferência
usando o sudo (pra pegar privilégios de root), ex:
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Mude as linhas alterando 'hoary' para 'breezy', feche e salve o
arquivo. Em seguida rode um 'sudo aptitude update' e depois 'sudo
aptitude dist-upgrade'.
